This limit-pushing class is also great for fitness enthusiasts who just need that extra push every now and then. You never know what kind of workout you’re going to walk into; sprints, weights, maybe even pushing a tire??? Let’s just hope you can walk out!
This 2 credit class is comprised of ever-changing workouts designed by one of the Valley’s most sought after personal trainers. Plus each hour-long workout is followed by a 15 minute question and answer session covering topics regarding diet, weight loss, and fit tips from an industry leader. WARNING: It’s called “BOOTCAMP” or a reason, we suggest that if you have just begun your fitness journey or if you are battling any serious health issues or injuries, you should make this class your goal- not your starting point.
