Cardio KickBoxing
Jab, hook and kick away your stress with this fun hour of cardio. Combinations are easy to follow and never boring. We will adjust intensity to meet any fitness level so whether you are a first-timer or a Rocky wanna-be, you are sure to get a great workout! You can expect 30 minutes of mid-to-high level intensity cardio, 10 minutes strength training, 10 minutes of core work, followed by stretching/cool down.
