Funny name, fierce results. This is a Studio Signature class created by owner and figure competitor Kim Rose. This low-impact workout uses light hand weights (10 lbs or less) to isolate each muscle group individually. We tighten and tone trouble spots by working to muscle failure.  This class is 45 minutes and begins with a warm-up and you thinking your weights aren’t heavy enough. Class ends with a cool-down/stretch and you wondering how 5 lbs just kicked your butt.
