The Studio is proud to introduce our Signature ‘Power Pilates’ class featuring all of the best parts of a traditional Pilates; strength building, core conditioning and flexibility- but The Studio kicks it up with just a hint of cardio! This class is done mostly on the mat, but don’t expect a nap, you will sweat and you will see results.
Of course Pilates makes you look great while losing weight by giving you long, lean muscles but other benefits include strengthening of the low back and abdominal area and is recommended by athletic coaches to see improvement in just about every sport.
