Warm-Room Yoga

This is a Studio Signature class. Disciplines from several Yoga formats are weaved into this class designed to warm your bones and relax your muscles during these chilly winter months. The focus is balance, strength and breath in this class. Taught in a warm room, approximately 75 to 80 degrees, which helps to warm/loosen the muscles and allow for a deeper stretch. This class is co-ed and lasts 60 minutes. This course is adaptable for ANY fitness level but if you are new to Yoga be sure to drink plenty of water and avoid wearing any perfumes or colognes. Nampa Fit Studio does have some mats but we recommend that your bring your own.

*Note: This is a WARM-ROOM Yoga utilizing various poses from Vinyasa and Iyengar  styles. NOT a Bikram Hot Yoga Class (Temperatures reaching over 100 degrees,  following Bikram postures)

*Not recommended for pregnant women.
