Student Jill Knapp lost 100lbs and The Studio helps her to keep it off!
Jill’s weight loss didn’t happen overnight and she’ll be the first to tell you – there is no such thing as short-cuts. She has put her struggles on display to inspire others and has been featured on the Dr.Oz show, the cover of First for Women magazine, and WebMD’s Diabetes TV. The Studio is honored to be a part of her inspiring journey. Look for her at her favorite Studio classes; Zumba, Power Pilates, and Flab Fighters.
In October 2011, a film crew from Yahoo.com followed Jill to some of her favorite classes at The Studio for a documentary about her healthy new life for their award winning series, Second Act. Check it out!
